Arrival and departure
Directions for arrival are available here. Overnight guests get to enjoy reserved parking spaces.
Your apartment will be ready for check-in from 2 p.m. You’ll receive an e-mail with a code for convenient, flexible check-in.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10 a.m.

When you stay in our holiday apartments in South Tyrol with your kids, everything you need is provided. We’re happy to offer a baby cot (€10.00 per night), a safety gate, a step stool for the bathroom, and other child-friendly items.
Best of all, children under 3 stay with us for free!
Holidays with your dog
Your four-legged companions are more than welcome at Ramilia; they’re part of the family, after all. We recommend bringing your dog’s bed, bowls, and food for their comfort. Please note that there’s a cleaning fee of €20.00 per night.
Cancellation conditions
Up to 6 weeks before arrival: free cancellation
6 to 4 weeks before arrival: 20% of the total amount of your stay
4 weeks to 4 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount of your stay
Up to 3 days before arrival and in the case of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount of your stay
Cancellations are only valid in writing. Cancellation fees apply even if the apartments can be partially or fully re-rented during the booked period. Additionally, if you change your reservation, cancellation fees will also be charged.
We recommend getting travel cancellation insurance to avoid any extra costs. With Europäische Reiseversicherung, your cancellation fees will be fully covered. Click here to take out your insurance.
